Investment

Every engagement is scoped to fit the size and needs of the work. Here’s a general sense of what to expect:

• 1:1 Coaching: starting at $150 per session, or $2,500 for a 3-month package that includes between-session support

• Single half-day Workshop or Facilitation: starting at $1,500, depending on group size and session length

• Ongoing Advisory / Retainer: starting at $3,000 per month, scoped after our intro call

Group and multi-engagement pricing is available for organizations bringing in several leaders or teams. Nonprofit and mission-driven organizations: ask about sliding-scale options during our intro call.
